Hi everyone, Sorry it has taken so long to get this thing going, I have had a busy few weeks and have been slow to post. First family updates--I just had wisdom teeth pulled and look like a chipmunk. Matt lost his job a few weeks ago so we have been job searching. Please pray that the right one will come along. It has been a tough thing for him in that he thought he had his niche--the thing that he wanted to build his future on--and this has debunked direction.
It was interesting that Jane you would ask about my dreams--I really have thought very little about me and plans for my life in a long time--but the direction that Matt was going with his job plan--Public Health--he was recently reading about the injustices in africa--Darfur etc and mentioned in passing to be that wouldn't it be cool to get our degrees --him in public health and mine in advanced practice nursing and to go there with doctors without borders. To help the situation there. My only crazy out there dream was when I was a teenager I saw myself rocking babies in an african orphanage.
My current dreams (short term) is to get my booty back in school and finish a degree. be successful at getting my children to keep there rooms clean, Get our finances in order, and have our life even out for a while (I have had enough drama for about 10 years) I like to think of it as preparation--for what I don't know...
Happy things--Matt wants to go to church this morning--that is a first in a while. Zac is done in school this week. My frequent headaches because of the wisdom teeth are over (as well as sinus infections, throat aches, and ear aches. yeah!!!) Emma is happy and healthy and growing like a weed. Collin starts school this August--that should be interesting (I just hope I can keep him out of the principals office) and Ian is growing learning and expanding his wonderfull little vocabulary.
